One of the most famous avenues in the world, the Champs-Élysées, stretches from the Louvre through the Tuileries Garden, past the Place de la Concorde and to the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. Here's my stroll down this famous boulevard.

The love locks on bridges is creating a destructive problem in Paris, France, and in many other European cities. The weight of the locks destroys bridges, but I am so happy I got to photograph them before the city executes its plan for replacing the locked bridges with unlockable ones.

Even in the rain, Paris is a city with much to discover. This time I visited the passages couverts, or the covered passages. Straight out of the belle epoch, the passages are home to funky, one-of-a-kind bookshops, ateliers, textile shops, museums, second-hand shops, hotels and boutiques with all manner of intriguing articles.
