Photos from a couple of visits to Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport BJC (Jeffco) in Broomfield near Denver. Operating since 1960, the airport is the 4th-busiest in Colorado, with lots of corporate, military and flight-training traffic.
Local Italian food restaurant. Fresh salads, pasta and other entrees, delicious desserts, and attentive service. Nice surroundings, too!
Historic Westminster Arts District in Denver, Colorado, is part of a successful rejuvenation effort for the south part of the town. Several galleries and other shops and a sculpture garden/park give lend a wonderful backdrop to community events.
The Red Castle or Westminster Castle is a beautiful example of Richardsonian Romanesque architecture dating from the mid-1800s. Home of a university and even chickens, this building stands today as the location of KPOF studios, the longest-running, continuous licensed radio station in Colorado.
