Pico de Gallo Mexican Salsa Recipe
Dice the onion. Rough chop the cilantro. Seed and dice the tomatoes. Dice the jalapenos. Include the seeds and pith if you want the pico spicy. Otherwise, use only the green flesh.
Combine everything in a large bowl.
Squeeze the lime juice over the ingredients. Sprinkle with salt and toss.
