Interview with Preeti Tamilarasan

During my research about Indian food and trying many recipes for myself, I encountered a wonderful blog by Preeti Tamilarasan. She is a food blogger and photographer in India and her information was crucial in my successes. She was kind enough to answer some questions for me which I present here. Built by the Spanish in the 17th Century, Castillo de San Marcos is a prominent feature of St. Augustine's coastline in Florida. It's the oldest surviving fortress in North America located in the oldest European-founded city. It's walls are made of coquina, a native stone.
