Denver’s (Defunct) TV Walk of Fame

Near the PBS station in Denver is a now-defunct walk of fame. The concrete sidewalk tiles are signed by TV stars from the 1960s, including Charlton Heston, Linda Evans and possibly Jerry Lewis. I managed to capture these photos before they demolish the property.

Colorado’s Cherry Creek State Park near Denver

Teddy Roosevelt Sculptures in Longmont, CO

Two bronze sculptures of Teddy Roosevelt, both by sculptor Dan Snarr, flank Longs Peak Avenue in Longmont, Colorado, just across from Roosevelt Park. Do you sense a theme? T. Roosevelt actually made a whistlestop in Longmont in 1900 while campaigning as Vice-Presidential candidate to William McKinley. Denver Auto Show at the Convention Center

Denver's Auto Show doesn't disappoint, with everything from high-end Bentleys and McLarens to more practical Subarus, Toyotas and Fords. Plus MINIs! It was my first time inside the Convention Center, too, which was a nice experience. See all the great photos, and a video of the Jeep "off-road" course.
